Each player may hold only one phomi account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
Winnings are paid in Philippine Peso with no hidden fees on standard withdrawals.

When registering your phomi account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phomi login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. phomi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
phomi implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card) before withdrawals are processed or at any other time phomi deems necessary.
All transactions on phomi are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phomi supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your phomi account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request.
phomi processes GCash withdrawals within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
phomi does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside phomi's control. phomi is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the phomi account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phomi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phomi platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any phomi content without prior written consent from phomi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phomi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phomi platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
phomi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phomi account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phomi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phomi is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the platform.
phomi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if phomi reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your phomi account at any time by contacting phomi customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
phomi may also suspend or close accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phomi will provide reasonable notice before closing an inactive account and will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to the account holder.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the phomi platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, phomi operates an internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a dispute by contacting phomi customer support. phomi will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a final determination within 14 business days.
phomi reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phomi will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
